“I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Pearson while I was a Communications Specialist at SIE PlayStation in 2021. Dr. Pearson did a virtual event for Black@PlayStation, our employee resource group, before in 2020, in the wake of George Floyd’s murder and aftermath. She created a safe space for us to voice our concerns, frustrations, and laments. Dr. Pearson was a responsive, inventive, and collaborative partner. I personally also enjoyed learning about her work. She is an absolute joy to work with and I cannot think of a better partner to do a health and wellness event, exercise, or initiative with. She does an incredible job in making sure that Black employees feel psychologically safe at her events and isn’t afraid to ask us questions that challenge us to look deep within ourselves. I’d work with Dr. Pearson again a hundred times over and look forward to the next project she embarks on.”
